Since my friends ask me questions about certain foods on a regular basis for example how to do something or why something might be good for them or not, I came to the conclusion a kitchen glossary would not be a bad idea. I will try to regularly inform about so-called “superfoods” or certain new kitchen appliances or whatever you all think is interesting.
