You want to make sure your juice is healthy but not overly loaded with sugar. Yes, juices are healthy but their calories will still count. If you eat more calories than you need and burn every day then you will end up gaining weight.

- 1 cup Hokaido Pumpkin – peeled, cubes
- 6 Carrots – peeled, cut
- 1/4 Galia Melon – peeled, cubes
- 1/2 cup Cranberries
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
Instructions
- Wash and peel your vegetables and fruits and cut into small cubes or slices. Put everything in your juicer. You will have to bigger juices.
