You know the feeling, like during the holidays when you are running from one dinner to another, always with lots of amazing food and yes alcohol, that you do need a break? A healthy break so you have room and energy again to be the star of your christmas party for example. If I have that feeling I take out my juicer and come up with a fun combination of vegetables and fruits like this Red Detox Juice.
I used to be too lazy with my old juicer to take it out more than once a year, fortunately my new one is not only cold pressing the juice but easy to clean. Further since I do have my dehydrator I do not have to throw the pulp away anymore but make some yummy Juice Pulp Crackers with it. Okay, I admit, I love my kitchen toys … if they make sense. Red Detox JuicePrint This
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Kiwi
- 4 Carrots
- 1 Beetroot
- 1 Apple
- Wash the vegetables and fruit, cut in half and take if necessary the seeds out. Cut in smaller pieces and then put everything through your juicer. Best enjoy the same day.
